I'm not staying in, no way. I feel like a caged animal and know its setting me back staying indoors. After dark my wife took the dog out and the oldest girl, who we assume is still positive, went with her. The latter has had 72 hours in a room and really needed a break. My break came earlier out for a long walk.
And yes it does go against advice as we have been instructed to stay indoors until the 29th of the month. We have though been careful. We go places where people don't go and while down handles, use sanitizer and all the rest. We are very careful. My concience is clear.
Unlike our FM who has been caught not wearing a mask while talking to pensions and breaking her own rules. But she said sorry while she swept so that's ok- nothing to see here. I'm sure if it was Boris no one would question it either, tongue firmly in cheek. That carpet must be getting bumpy. Dr Calderwood's trip to her second home after telling the nation not to travel is under there. None though bigger than Ferrier travelling the length of the land in a train after testing positive yet still in her job picking up her bumper pay packet. All this at a time when the Scottish government wants to make new covid rules law despite facing no action for breaking them themselves.
My conscience is clear as I said. As long as we are not endangering anyone else we won't be caged. And while we show no symptoms this isolation ends on 27th as far as I am concerned which is 10 days after my daughter's positive test.
